Customer Service Advisor - BASED IN MELTON CONSTABLE

Blakely is changing the world of clothing, and we're looking for a fashion aware individual to join our customer service team!

Responsibilities:

  • Customer service representative; responding to customer questions via telephone, e-mail, and social media
  • Stimulating customer loyalty; with direct contact, & social media interaction
  • Developing and editing content for website and social media channels
  • Think along to enhance customer happiness, optimising Blakely's service and advising the marketing and operations team to optimise the customer journey

Requirements:

  • Excellent written English
  • Genuine interest in the world of clothing and online retailing
  • We love ambition, so if you want to develop yourself into other areas within the company then we’re here to facilitate that!
  • Team player with a dynamic, outgoing personality; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential;
  • Logical thinking
  • Strong work ethic with enthusiasm to work
  • You truly care about (our) customers and see the customer happiness as your key responsibility
  • Creativity to solve problems
  • A great understanding of how to use a computer

  • Location: Melton Constable, Norfolk
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
  • Work Location: In person
