APEX is Blakely's high intensity fitness competition with teams from around the country competing to win the grand prize.

THE COMPETITION

Working together in teams of 4, athletes will compete in 3 different zones which consist of a 20 minute workout followed by a 5 minute rest in-between.

Within each zone there are blocks of exercise to be completed, for every block you complete, a point is awarded. Most points wins. The harder you work, the more points you and your team will earn.
