About You

We're looking for an enthusiastic eCommerce Intern to join our merchandising team that can help us continue our impressive rate of growth. We’re offering a 6-month full-time internship, working with us from our HQ in North Norfolk.

The ideal candidate will be a team player, strategic and logical, eager to learn and with a head for data and analytics. This is not a creative role but will focus on the data that leads us to make the correct decision.

Responsibilities & duties:

• Uploading product information to website ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Update Meta Data and learn how SEO affects a website performance.
• Learn to edit images for product listings and website imagery and upload them.
• Work on product pages & optimise for the best sales
• Admin surrounding new product launches.
• Data entry and analysing reports.

Requirements:

• A strong interest in retail ecommerce and selling online.
• Experience with image editing and a basic knowledge of SEO is desirable but not essential.
• A strategic mindset that can plan activities for maximum effectiveness.
• Must thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Must have a strong interest in digital, ecommerce and the fashion industry.
• A strong commercial mind who can spot good opportunities.
• Last but most importantly, love what we at Blakely already do and want to be part of our movement.
