Senior Digital Marketing Executive

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. This role offers an incredible chance for someone to build on their experience within an established fashion brand, grow individually, and contribute to the evolution of Blakely’s brand.

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Oversee daily management of paid advertising accounts, with a primary focus on Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Bing.
• Plan, implement, and optimize campaigns across Google Search, YouTube, Display, and other Google products.
• Conduct and manage migrations from Shopping to Performance Max (pMax) campaigns.
• Optimize international/multi-lingual campaigns to effectively reach diverse audience segments.
• Analyse data trends to refine budgets and enhance campaign performance.
• Develop and test strategies for keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing optimization.
• Monitor keyword bids, budgets, impression share, and quality scores.
• Create and structure new campaigns, ad groups, and other paid search initiatives.
• Increase CTR, quality score, conversions, and conversion rates while working to reduce CPC.
• Recommend and implement keyword targeting and campaign structuring strategies aligned with business goals.
• Stay updated on PPC trends, adapting strategies to industry changes.
• Edit imagery and videos to create ads for YouTube, Display and paid social media campaigns (training provided as needed).
• Develop advertising assets that resonate with our target audience, aligning with brand and marketing campaigns.
• Daily monitoring, analysing, and optimizing campaigns primarily on Google Ads, with TikTok and Meta platforms as additional areas for growth and exploration.
• Conduct and compile regular competitor analyses, staying updated on competitor visuals and marketing campaigns.

Skills / Requirements:

• Experience with Google Ads is essential.
• Knowledge of TikTok Ads and Meta Ads platforms is a strong bonus.
  Familiarity with Shopify (preferable but not essential).
• Strong ability to present creative concepts and marketing strategies.
• Task-oriented with a proactive approach to deliverables.
• Eager to learn, develop skills, and contribute to Blakely’s growth.
• Experience within the fashion or creative industry is a plus but not mandatory.

• Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm
• Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
