As our team expands, we’re looking for an Accounts Assistant to join us at our Norwich HQ.

The Role Reporting into the Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the Finance team. This is a hands-on finance role, perfect for someone who thrives on working independently and as part of a team, with a keen eye for detail on day to day tasks.

Key Duties

• Review and process incoming invoices from suppliers
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Assist with processing regular payment runs
• Posting cashbook transactions and simple bank reconciliations
• Follow up any outstanding invoices
• Payroll admin

Key Skills

• AAT qualification would be desirable but not essential
• Strong purchase ledger and cashbook experience
• Some payroll knowledge would be desirable but not essential
• Excellent IT and communication skills

Please note this role will involve some regular travel to our Melton Constable Warehouse.
