Duration: 15 minutes 

 

This zone will require careful tactics as each pair will endure 2 lung busting workouts

 

This will consist of:

 Max distance row

Max distance ski

 

Between your team of 4, keep both machines moving to reach the furthest distance possible.

 

In 15 minutes, the aim is to achieve the highest calories possible. The calories combined at the end of the 15 minutes will be your score. 

 

 

RULES:

 

There must always be someone on the machines at all times.

 

You can change the damper setting on the machine to any setting but please return it back to 8 once finished.
