Duration: 20 minutes 

 

This zone will require careful tactics as each pair will endure 2 lung busting workouts

 

This will consist of:

 Max distance row

Max distance ski

 

Between your team of 4, keep both machines moving to reach the furthest distance possible.

 

In 20 minutes, the aim is to achieve the highest distance possible and divide this by 100. Your score will be rounded to the nearest hundred.

You MUST complete the whole kilometre to obtain a point. If you don't, your point will not count.
