Between your team of four, keep both machines moving to achieve the highest calories possible.
In 15 minutes, the aim is to achieve the highest calories possible. The calories combined at the end of the 15 minutes will be your score.
RULES:
There must be an athlete on the machines at all times.
You can change the damper setting on the machine to any setting during the work out.
