Blakely Clothing is a fashion brand based in Norfolk. Designing new and exciting clothing products for the global market, we have recently been through an exciting period of growth and are now looking to expand our team further.

We are looking for a Content Manager to take responsibility for planning, designing, and creating relevant content to aid the brand’s marketing strategy and achieve business goals. Reporting to the marketing manager, you will also build strong relationships with the performance marketing, content, and social teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to build on their experience with an established fashion brand, grow individually and help shape the ever-expanding Blakely brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee content production across performance marketing, social and video
• Develop and manage a content calendar that is communicated and adhered to across the business.
• Monitor and analyse campaign progress and feed back to the marketing manager along with recommendations
• Assist with the preparation of monthly reports, ensuring that they are timely and accurate
• Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content supports marketing campaigns and business growth.
• Proactively contribute to the wider team with ideation and innovative strategies
• Carry out competitor analysis
• Monitor industry trends to ensure content remains relevant and innovative
• Define and implement a robust content strategy
• Identify gaps and opportunities in content
• Find opportunities to rework and reuse existing content
• Any other duty that may be required in line with the business needs
• Attend photoshoots UK and abroad

Requirements:

• Mid level experience in a content role
• Strong experience in Content Creation, Marketing and Strategy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A growth mindset and the desire to execute at pace
• Strong understanding of UX design principles and how this affects content strategy development
• Competent knowledge and familiarity with main social media channels and platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, X, TikTok and YouTube
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strive to have a customer-first mindset
• Self-starter and impact-driven: you enjoy taking ownership of projects with limited oversight. You’re not afraid to take responsibility and ownership of your work
• Quick learner and problem solver with a strong analytical mindset and eager to learn and develop with a passion for using data to improve content

• Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per year

Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
