Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team for the Winter/Spring (January '24 to April '24)! This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about customer satisfaction to progress their career within an exciting, growing company. This role is for someone who is competent in English, who is hard working and willing to learn new skills. This role is essential for keeping our customers happy and is integral to the growth of the business

Responsibilities & duties:

  • Provide Customer Service support via Email, Live Chat and Social Media Messaging
  • Process exchanges and vouchers
  • Liaise with other teams across the business on any product, stock, shipment or advertising issues that customers raise
  • Support the warehouse team during busy periods

Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent written English is essential, including spelling and grammar
  • Genuine interest in the world of clothing and online retailing
  • Enthusiasm for putting the customer first and going the extra mile to achieve this
  • Basic computer skills
  • 2+ years online customer support experience

Details

  • Whilst no guarantee there is a possibility for this role to turn into a permanent position following a successful temporary contract.
  • Type: Full time, temp contract.
  • Location: Melton Constable, Norfolk
  • Hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Salary: £22,000
