This zone will test your all round functional fitness. For 15 minutes, each team will have to complete the following relay:

SPRINT RACE TO START
Block 1: 20M - 15kg Sandbag lunges Circuit Sprint
Block 2: 20M - Burpee broadjumps Circuit Sprint
Block 3: 20M (30kg women/50kg men) - Sandbag carry Circuit sprint
Join the back of the team and keep going until the 15 minutes are up!
AMRAP = 1 point for every completed circuit per athlete.
RULES:
You and your team members MUST individually complete the new addition of a sprint start before you can begin your work out, Each member will take it in turns to sprint back to your starting square to begin your AMRAP.
When initiating the sandbag lunges, your first lunge must be on the line.
Throughout the movements of the sandbag lunges, your knee must touch the floor and your hips must come to FULL extension, failure to do so will result in a 1 point penalty, per lunge
When performing the broad burpee jumps, your chest must touch the floor and your feet must come as close as they can to your hands.
For the Strong Man Sandbag Carry, you must not carry this over your shoulder - to limit injury. You must hold the bag with both arms around the bag.
