Duration: 20 minutes

 

This zone will test your all round functional fitness.

For 20 minutes, each team will have to complete the following relay:

 

Block 1:

20M - 15kg Sandbag lunges

Circuit Sprint

 

Block 2:

20M - Burpee broadjumps

Circuit Sprint

 

Block 3:

20M (30kg women/50kg men) - Sandbag carry

Circuit sprint

 

Join the back of the team and keep going until the 20 minutes are up!

 

AMRAP = 1 point for every completed block - per individual
