Promoter This competition is run by Blakely Clothing (the Promoter).
Eligibility The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter No purchase is necessary to enter or win. To enter, participants must submit a valid email address and/or mobile phone number via the official competition sign-up form. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications via email and/or SMS from the Promoter. Participants can unsubscribe at any time using the links provided in communications
Entry Requirements Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entries must be made directly by the individual entering the competition. Bulk entries or entries submitted by third parties will not be accepted.
Competition Period The competition opens on 30th July 2026 and closes on 14th August at 9am. Entries received after this time will not be included.
Prize There will be five (5) winners. Each winner will receive one £200 Blakely gift card. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered. Gift cards are subject to Blakely's standard gift card terms.
Winner Selection & Notification The five winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be contacted via email (and/or SMS where a number has been provided) within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Marketing Consent & Data Usage By entering, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing communications. Opt-Out Participants may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in emails or replying STOP to SMS messages. Opting out will not affect entry into the competition.
Promotion of the Competition This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By entering, participants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or in connection with the competition. Any questions or complaints must be directed to the Promoter, not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
General The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete, delayed, or lost entries due to technical issues or any other reason beyond its control.
Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts..
