APEX features three dynamic zones - STRENGTH, ENDURANCE & SUMMIT.
Working together in teams of 4, compete in 3 different zones which consist of a 20 minute workout followed by a 5 minute rest in-between. Within each zone there are blocks of exercise to be completed, for every block you complete, a point is awarded. Most points wins. The harder you work, the more points you and your team will earn.
