Blakely Christmas Wreath Making

At Blakely, we embraced the festive season in the most hands-on, heart-warming way - with a wreath-making evening designed to spark creativity, connection and plenty of Christmas spirit. As the year begins to wind down, it felt like the perfect moment to step away from the fast pace of daily work and enjoy a relaxed, joyful atmosphere together.

We gathered at St Giles House, Norwich, which had been transformed into a cosy, seasonal workshop complete with foliage, ribbons, berries and all the trimmings needed to craft unique Christmas wreaths. With festive music playing, mulled drinks flowing and plenty of treats on hand, the room quickly filled with laughter and conversation. Whether someone was a seasoned crafter or trying something new for the first time, the evening was all about slowing down, unwinding and simply enjoying the process.

We value the wellbeing of our team just as much as the work we do. Creating opportunities for our people to reconnect, to express themselves creatively, and to take time for moments that feel meaningful is incredibly important to us. The wreath-making evening was a celebration not only of the holiday season, but of the community we continue to build within our company.

As everyone left with their beautifully handcrafted wreaths - each one a little different and full of personality, it felt like the perfect way to enjoy the festive period. We’re grateful to our amazing team for bringing such enthusiasm and we look forward to carrying this spirit of creativity and togetherness into the new year!!
