At Blakely travel is at the heart of who we are. Experiencing new places, meeting new people and learning about new cultures drives our creativity and expression. Our latest collection is inspired by Morroco so where better to shoot our newest pieces than Marrakesh.
The bustling city of Marrakesh is a vibrant and colorful destination that offers the perfect backdrop for a Blakely Clothing photoshoot. From the traditional markets and stunning architecture to the vibrant street life, there is an endless array of stunning locations.
The city is a sensory overload with its bustling streets, intricate tilework, and vibrant colors. The reds and oranges of the buildings contrasted beautifully with the blue sky, creating a perfect backdrop. Historic architecture, including the ornate doors and arches, provided endless opportunities for unique shots.
One of the highlights of our photoshoot was the Medina, which is the old city of Marrakesh. A UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its winding alleyways, hidden courtyards, and lively souks. Narrow streets are lined with vendors selling everything from spices to textiles, making it the perfect place to capture the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh.
Another location we loved was the Majorelle Garden. This botanical garden was designed by French painter Jacques Majorelle in the 1920s and later owned by the legendary fashion designer Yves Saint Laurent. The garden is a paradise of exotic plants, bright colors, and tranquil pools, the vivid blues and yellows of the garden's architecture and the vibrant greenery provided a stunning backdrop.
Marrakesh was an unforgettable experience. The city's vibrant colors, historic architecture, and exotic charm provided a unique and captivating backdrop. From the Medina's bustling streets to the tranquil gardens and stunning palaces, Marrakesh has a wealth of stunning locations that we'll be sure to visit again.
